Andrew Darjani is a seasoned professional in human resources and operations with a career spanning over a decade in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a People Systems & Operations Analyst at Lion since February 2022, Andrew has held various roles including People Operations Executive and People Central Executive. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Coordinator at IHG Hotels & Resorts and serving in multiple management positions at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts. Andrew also participated in the IHG Academy Program at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) and has experience in reservations and guest experience roles at Holiday Inn Sydney Airport. Andrew received a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a major in Human Resources from Macquarie University.
