Max Friess

Max Friess is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment and merchant banking, currently serving in a leadership role at LionTree LLC since October 2022. As Co-Founder of Mistletoe Alert Charities since December 2016, Max demonstrates a commitment to philanthropic efforts. Prior to LionTree, Max held multiple key positions at Simulmedia Inc. from March 2020 to October 2022, including Vice President of Strategic Finance and Director of Strategy & Operations. Max's earlier career at PwC spanned nearly six years, with roles progressing from Associate to Manager in TMT Advisory. In 2013, Max gained early industry experience as a Summer Analyst at WisdomTree Asset Management. Max holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Methodist University.
