Valerie Morgan

Valerie Morgan currently serves as the VP of Payroll, Benefits & Systems at Lippe Taylor since July 2022. Prior to this role, Valerie held the position of VP of Talent at Publicis Groupe, where responsibilities included overseeing employee relations, performance management, and partnering on organizational development and diversity initiatives. Valerie also served as Associate Director of HR Operations, leading the HRIS support team and collaborating across various departments. Earlier in their career at Publicis, Valerie held roles including Vice President, Director of Career Settings Power User. Valerie's extensive experience includes nearly 22 years at MSL, where Valerie served as Vice President of HRIS & Analytics and Director of Human Resources. Valerie began their professional journey with a BA in Communications from St. John's University.
