Rachel Link Robinson

Rachel Link Robinson currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Liquid AI, a role undertaken since May 2025. Prior to this position, Rachel was an Advisor and Chief Operations Officer at Forethought from May 2021 to May 2025, responsible for various operational aspects including finance and people management. Between August 2017 and May 2021, Rachel held the position of Senior Vice President, Operations + People at Thorn, where the focus was on scaling a remote-first startup culture centered on wellness and inclusion. Rachel also has extensive experience as a self-employed consultant from 2006 to 2017, providing fractional HR and operations support to a diverse range of clients. Rachel’s career began at Deutsche Bank from 2000 to 2004 as Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing global recruitment efforts. Rachel holds a BA (Honors) in Business and Human Resources from the University of Westminster and a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Certificate from Belfast Metropolitan College.
