Katharin Dyer

Katharin Dyer possesses extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member for Principal Funds within Principal Financial Group and as Governance Chair for Liquidity Services, Dyer's board expertise is complemented by advisory positions at InVitro Capital, Momenti, and VODIUM. Dyer is also a Founding Member of Extraordinary Women on Boards. Previous significant roles include serving as Governance Chair for Providence and holding executive positions at IBM as Global Partner, American Express as Global CMO, and Publicis Groupe as Chief Talent and Transformation Officer. Dyer holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky.
