Odeta Zubrienė has worked in the HR field for several companies. Odeta started their career as an HR consultant at Noriu personalo sprendimų grupė in 2004 and worked there until 2009. In 2009, they joined Lietuvos energija AB as an HR manager and stayed until 2010. Since 2010, they have been working at Litgrid AB, first as an HR manager from 2010 to 2014, and then as the Head of HR from February 2014 until the present.
Odeta Zubrienė obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business management from Vilnius University's Economics faculty in 1999. Odeta later pursued a Master's degree in HR management from Vilnius University's Economics faculty, completing it in 2005.
