Vincent Hilken is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in voice engineering and unified communications. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Lithia & Driveway since March 2024, Vincent previously worked at Labcorp from December 2012 to March 2024, where significant achievements included transitioning the company's global phone system from Avaya to Cisco, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs. Prior roles include Telecommunications Manager at NRG Energy, overseeing voice communications nationwide, and Senior Voice Engineer at Espeed/Cantor Fitzgerald, managing trading communications across North and South America.
