Robert Lloyd

Robert Lloyd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in unified communications and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Unified Communications Engineer at Mountain America Credit Union since August 2022, Robert has also held significant roles in the US Army as a Radio Operator since November 2011 and as a Senior Implementation Manager at Customer Dynamics from August 2019 to August 2022. Prior to that, Robert worked as a Technical Support Engineer II at inContact between May 2016 and August 2019. In addition to professional experience, Robert has pursued ongoing education through Trailhead by Salesforce since 2017.
