Brent Jacobson

Brent Jacobson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network engineering and unified communications. Currently serving as Senior Unified Communications Engineer and previously as Network Voice Engineer at UMB Bank since April 2015, Brent specializes in the installation and support of enterprise-class Cisco VoIP systems and various communication technologies. Prior to this role, Brent worked as a VoIP Network Engineer at Freightquote and held multiple positions at UMB Bank from 2006 to 2013, progressing from Desktop Support to Network Engineer. Additional experience includes IT Technician for Lee's Summit School District and roles in civil engineering and construction management. Brent holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hannibal-LaGrange College.
