Marius Aleinikovas

Marius Aleinikovas is a seasoned professional in the fields of forestry and wood science, currently serving as a Member of the Management Board at VĮ Valstybinių miškų urėdija since March 2022. Concurrently, Marius holds the position of Deputy Director for Institute of Forestry Activities and Senior Researcher at the Lithuanian Research Centre for Agriculture and Forestry since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Marius was the Director at the Institute of Forestry, LAMMC from November 2014 to January 2021. Marius holds a Master of Engineering in Wood Science and Wood Products/Pulp and Paper Technology from Kaunas University of Technology and a Ph.D. in Forestry from Aleksandras Stulginskis University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from Kaunas University of Technology.
