Tracy Dudek

Tracy Dudek is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Little City Foundation since March 2025. Prior to this role, Dudek held the position of Human Resources Director at Trinity Services Inc. from February 2013 to February 2025, overseeing a department of seven associates within an organization that employs 1,200 individuals across over 150 job sites.
