Malcolm is responsible for ensuring the products and services are solution-focused in a way that is relevant to farmers, now and for the future. Malcolm's team owns the relationship with farmers and includes Agri Managers, Marketing & Products, the Customer Experience Centre and Livestock Selection.
Malcolm is a fourth generation dairy farmer. He joined in 2011 as a bull acquisition manager, leading the Jersey and SGL breeding programmes.
Malcolm has a real passion for people, farm system profitability and the value of genetic gain.
