James Hatfield has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. James is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at LiveSwitch Inc., where they initially joined as Chief Product Officer and played a key role in developing the LiveSwitch platform. In their current role, they are responsible for driving enterprise, partnership, and mid-market revenue.

Prior to LiveSwitch, James worked at IQVIA, where they held multiple roles. As the Director of Customer Buying Experience, Technology Lead, they were responsible for driving ML/AI technology initiatives across the enterprise to enhance the customer experience. James also managed a team of Proposal Developers and Contract Analysts as the Associate Director and Manager, overseeing proposal development, contract management, and staff development.

Before IQVIA, James worked at Sageworks, where they helped scale the company from 12 to over 120 employees as the President of Sales. James also served in a Business Development role during their tenure.

James Hatfield attended the University of Washington from 2000 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture. James then transferred to North Carolina State University and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from 2001 to 2004.
