Lea Celestial serves as the Affordable Housing + Equity Manager at the International Living Future Institute since January 2024. With a strong background in architectural design, Lea's experience includes working as an Architectural Designer at Cultivate, Inc., focusing on sustainable Passive House projects and affordable housing solutions in the Pacific Northwest. As an Architectural Consultant for Base Bahay Foundation, Inc., Lea designed housing for disadvantaged communities and advanced modern bamboo construction technology in the Philippines. A self-employed Architect, Lea managed various residential, commercial, and interior architecture projects. Previous roles include Project Architect at CS Design Consultancy, Inc., and Building Conditions Surveyor for Escuela Taller de Filipinas Foundation, where an important heritage conservation survey was conducted. Lea holds a Master's Degree in Sustainable Built Environment from UNSW and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
