Sara Leggett, Ed.S, NCSP has worked as the Director of Early Childhood Special Education at Livingston Educational Service Agency since December 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Director of Special Education at the same company from August 2018 to December 2019. Sara is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP), accredited by the National Association of School Psychologists. Sara also has certifications in K-12 Building Administration, School Psychologist, and Special Education Director's Approval, all recognized by the Michigan Department of Education.

Livingston Educational Service Agency

Livingston Educational Service Agency (LESA) provides a variety of programs and services that support student achievement for approximately 30,000 students and 2,300 educators in the five public school districts and two public school academies in the county. Services include special education and alternative education programs, professional development focused on student achievement, early childhood education and care, data processing, and business operational support. LESA is one of 57 intermediate school districts (ISDs) in Michigan. Established in 1962, ISDs are regional service agencies that provide support services more effectively and efficiently delivered regionally. LESA is governed by Michigan General School Laws.
