Fiona Makowski is a seasoned executive recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Lloyds Banking Group since June 2023, Fiona previously held the position of Global Head of Executive Search at Finastra from October 2019 to June 2023, focusing on innovative technology solutions for financial institutions. As a founding partner of Theron LLP from April 2011 to October 2019, Fiona brought a deep understanding of recruitment dynamics to the firm. Additionally, Fiona spent over 14 years at Korn Ferry/Whitehead Mann/Oxygen Executive Search as a Managing Director/Partner, specializing in HR, Operations, and Transformation. Fiona's career began in various HR roles at Prudential and other blue-chip organizations, where foundational experience in recruitment and talent management was established.
