Jonathan Cooke

Jonathan Cooke has significant experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Director of Group Corporate Development at Lloyds Banking Group since February 2013. In this role, Jonathan leads Group Corporate Development and has previously held positions as Head of M&A and Senior Director in the same department. Prior to joining Lloyds Banking Group, Jonathan was a Senior Associate at Fenchurch Advisory Partners from September 2007 to January 2012 and began a career at Price Waterhouse Coopers as an Executive from September 2004 to September 2007.
