Simon Maisey is an experienced financial services executive currently serving as Managing Director of Strategic Partnerships at LMAX Group since November 2022 and as Senior Adviser at OpenYield since November 2023. Previously, Simon held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of Corporate Development at Tradeweb from May 2014 to September 2022, focusing on growth opportunities, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Simon also founded and served as Chairman of the Electronic Debt Markets Association Europe from September 2016 to December 2017. Prior to these roles, Simon was Managing Director at J.P. Morgan from April 1998 to May 2014, where responsibilities included the strategy and implementation of electronic trading in the Global Rates business. Simon holds a degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
