Constance Lawson

Constance Lawson is a highly experienced professional in claims and risk management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Claims and Risk Management at Loadsmart since March 2022. Previously, Constance held various leadership roles at Coyote Logistics, including Claims Manager and the first Director of Claims, overseeing teams responsible for investigating and settling cargo claims. Prior to that, Constance worked at UPS Capital® and UPS Supply Chain Solutions, where responsibilities included adjusting a wide range of claims, supervising claims staff, and developing internal procedures. Early career experiences included roles at Crawford & Company, the US Navy Reserve, and GEICO. Constance holds a BA in Psychology from Georgia State University and is a certified Legalman from Naval Justice School.
