Lais Mastelari

Lais Mastelari is a seasoned Senior Product Designer currently employed at Loadsmart since October 2020. With extensive experience in user experience and interface design, Lais has held significant roles, including Senior UX Designer at Dextra Digital and User Experience Designer at Daitan Group. Lais also served as Chapter Leader and Podcaster for Ladies that UX em Português, where responsibilities included organizing UX events and mentoring emerging designers. A strong background in research, usability testing, and the creation of wireframes and prototypes highlights Lais's ability to define new features and improve design systems across various platforms. Lais holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
