Prior to this, Erika held the position of Country Head at LOGEX Sweden from January 2018, where leadership was provided in healthcare analytics aimed at improving clinical outcomes and managing costs. Erika's career includes significant roles at FCG Prodacapo from August 2007 to January 2018, including Operations Manager, Support and Development Manager, and Product Manager, as well as earlier experience at Prodacapo AB. Erika holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Umeå University and a PRINCE2 Foundation certificate in Project Management from Wakaru. Educational background also includes participation in the Samhällsvetenskapliga programmet at Nolaskolan, Örnsköldsvik.
