Scott Schwartz has a diverse work experience history. Scott is currently serving as the Director of Business Development | Smart Buildings at Logical Buildings since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Latch from 2018 to 2022, where they held various roles including Sales Director | East, Senior Enterprise Account Executive, and Enterprise Account Executive | NYC. Before joining Latch, Scott worked as an Investment Sales Associate at Alpha Realty from 2015 to 2018. Scott also gained valuable experience as an Investment Sales Intern at Alpha Realty in 2014, where they conducted property analysis, prepared setups, and performed research on properties. Additionally, Scott worked as a Legal Intern at RAPHAELSON & LEVINE LAW FIRM, P.C in 2014, assisting with legal research and indexing medical records. Scott has also interned at the New York Mets, Pace University, New York Islanders, and Audra E. Dehan, Esq. as part of their career development.
Scott Schwartz attended the University of Michigan from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport Management. In 2014, they had a study abroad experience at Universidad Nebrija, where they immersed himself in Spanish Culture.
