Bogdan Ghigheanu, LL.M., serves as the Assistant Manager of Legal and Compliance at Logicor since June 2018, where responsibilities include collaborating with senior management to create strategic plans and ensuring compliance with legal documents. Previously, Bogdan held various legal positions within Logicor, providing advisory services on compliance matters and assisting in transactional documentation. Prior experience includes serving as an Attorney At Law, focusing on civil and criminal cases, particularly corporate crimes and money laundering. Bogdan obtained a Master of Laws in European Economic and Financial Criminal Law from the University of Luxembourg and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Bucharest, complemented by training from the National Institute for Attorneys Training and Development.
