Mikalyn Rush

Mikalyn Rush is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service design, behavioral research, and user experience. Currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at LMI since October 2023, Mikalyn previously held the position of Senior Behavioral Researcher at The Center for Advanced Hindsight at Duke University from November 2020 to October 2023. Additional experience includes a role as User Experience Researcher with U.S. Digital Response, and various research and consulting roles at prestigious institutions such as Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Triage Consulting Group. Mikalyn holds a Master of Arts in Development Economics, Design Strategy, and Behavioral Economics from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, along with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Affairs and Economics from the University of Georgia, both achieved Magna Cum Laude.
