Ryan Lehman

Ryan Lehman is a seasoned professional in real estate development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of Development at Logos Development since May 2025, Ryan has previously held key positions, including Senior Director of Real Estate Development at American Family Housing, Inc. and Senior Project Manager at A Community of Friends. Ryan's expertise includes project management for affordable housing initiatives, evidenced by successful contracts with Restore Neighborhoods LA and Green LA Coalition. Earlier roles included consulting for Abode Communities on a LEED Platinum development and supporting redevelopment efforts at CRA/LA. As Executive Director of Livable Places, Ryan led efforts in promoting affordable and healthy communities. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in Art from Goshen College.
