Rhonda Miller

Rhonda Miller is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Executive Coach with over twenty-five years of experience in organization and leadership development. As the Director of Rhonda Miller Associates Limited since August 2011, Rhonda specializes in system-wide transitions and the development of individuals and groups. In addition to leading her consultancy, Rhonda serves as a Leadership Coach at London Business School and IMD Business School. Previously, Rhonda held roles including Lecturer in Psychology and Organisational Development at CIPD/University of Middlesex, Head of Leadership and Organisational Development at Pilat HR Solutions, and People Planning and Development Manager at New York Power Authority. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Occupational Psychology from The University of Sheffield, a JYA in Organisational Behaviour and Psychology from Lancaster University, and a BA in Psychology from Franklin & Marshall College.
