Gerald Brown

Gerald Brown has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a TOSA-Center of Black Student Excellence and Special Education Teacher at Long Beach Unified School District since June 2021. Prior to this role, Gerald worked at Lynwood Unified School District from August 2007 to July 2021 as a Special Education Teacher and Athletic Director. Gerald's early career includes a position as a Special Education Teacher at ChildNet Youth and Family Services from 2004 to 2007. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from National University, earned between 2019 and 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University.
