Ethan Ball is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) across the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a Senior CQV Engineer on the ORCA Project at Lonza, Ethan is responsible for the qualification of critical Harvest Processing equipment and DeltaV Recipe Verification. Previous roles include CQV Engineer for the Peregrine Project at Moderna, where Ethan oversaw qualification of upstream and cleaning in place (CIP) systems for a COVID-19 vaccine facility. Additional experience includes managing CQV systems on significant projects for Eli Lilly and Camden Town Brewery, as well as leading a manufacturing expansion at DePuy Synthes Companies. Ethan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biopharmaceutical Processing from Munster Technological University and a First Class Bachelor of Engineering in Materials & Process Engineering from The University of Waikato.
