Kevin Grover

Kevin Grover is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, technology innovation, and geospatial engineering. Currently serving as Head of Customer Success at Looq AI since February 2025, Kevin focuses on enhancing user adoption and driving customer renewals through strategic onboarding and support automation. Previously, as Advanced Research and Technology Leader at McElhanney from May 2023 to June 2025, Kevin led innovation efforts and developed a platform for staff to propose technology advancements. At Prevu3D, Kevin was the Head of Product from February 2021 to February 2023, where efforts were centered on improving the use of reality capture data for design and facility management. Earlier roles at Stantec included leading Geospatial Technology and UAS Operations, where Kevin integrated advanced technology initiatives and expanded the Geomatics practice, following an initial position as an Alberta Land Surveyor at Midwest Surveys. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Calgary.
