Loretto
Kelly Parker started their work experience in 2009 as a Human Resources Coordinator at Peaceful Schools. Kelly then worked as a Human Resources Manager at Intersurgical from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Kelly served as a Human Resources Associate at CXtec. Kelly then joined Hearth Management as a Human Resources Benefits Manager from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Loretto, starting as a Benefits Analyst in 2021 and progressing to Compensation Benefits Manager in 2022. Kelly is currently serving as the Compensation & Benefits Director at Loretto starting from August 2023.
Kelly Parker holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego. Kelly has also obtained a certification in Compensation Studies from Cornell University, with the specific month of completion not provided.
