Ryan Tibbens

Ryan Tibbens serves as a Council Member for Ward 4 on the Berryville Town Council since January 2023, focusing on community development and preserving the town's charm. With extensive experience in education, Ryan has been an English Teacher with Loudoun County Public Schools since August 2006 and is the Executive Director of Tibbens Education Services & Tutoring, providing various educational services since September 2014. Additionally, Ryan hosted and served as CEO of the ClassCast Podcast from July 2019 to February 2022, where critical thinking and philosophical inquiries into education were emphasized. Ryan holds a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from James Madison University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the same institution.
