Larry Godfrey

Larry Godfrey serves as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Lourdes University and has held a similar role in Educational Psychology at the University of Toledo from 2011 to 2013. As President of GC3, a global coaching, counseling, and consulting organization, Larry possesses over 40 years of experience in Fortune 100 companies, with more than 30 years dedicated to organizational development and change management consulting and over 20 years in coaching and counseling. Larry's extensive background includes strategic leadership as Dean of the College of Human Resources at General Motors, where leadership involved setting strategic direction and managing daily operations. Education was obtained at The University of Toledo.
