Francois Delattre

Francois Delattre is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in international operations, currently serving as Vice President of International Operations for Europe at Louvre Hotels Group since October 2007. With a strong focus on integrating hotel portfolios worldwide, Francois has successfully managed operations in countries such as India, Morocco, Brazil, Germany, and Poland, overseeing a total of 50 hotels and 2 regional offices. Previous roles range from project management and operational oversight to F&B coordination, with notable achievements including the rebranding of multiple hotel properties, implementation of cost-saving strategies, and significant increases in turnover. Francois holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management from Université Paris Dauphine and has been a member of APM since January 2021.
