Ron Brugger

Ron Brugger is a Senior Air Quality Specialist at LSA Associates, Inc., with extensive experience in project management, air dispersion modeling, greenhouse gas modeling, human health risk assessment, noise modeling, and regulatory analysis and permitting since April 2003. Prior to this role, Ron served as a Senior Air Quality Specialist at TRC Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included air dispersion modeling and regulatory analysis from 1991 to 2003. Additionally, Ron has been the Owner and Master Instructor at Sea Stallion Scuba Outfitters since January 1998, achieving Platinum Level status. Ron's background includes military service as a Platoon Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, providing leadership during Desert Storm. Ron earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
