Lorraine Willis has extensive experience in compliance and management roles, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Area Compliance Manager at LSL Property Services plc since March 2017, Lorraine previously held the position of Compliance Officer at Whitehead Monckton Solicitors from September 2014 to March 2017. Prior to this, Lorraine worked at Barclays UK Retail and Business Bank for over 26 years, where positions included Assurance and Improvement Manager, Branch Manager, and Mortgage Advisor, among others. In these roles, Lorraine conducted independent assessments of compliance and risk standards, managed branch operations across multiple sites, and oversaw staff performance and training, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and promoting operational excellence.
