Prior to this role, Swaminathan held the position of Senior Project Manager - IT at L&T Infotech from July 2010 and served as Deputy General Manager - Corporate IT at Larsen & Toubro Limited from January 2014 to December 2020. Swaminathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from MGR Engineering College, completed between 1989 and 1993.
