Julio Pacheco

Julio Pacheco is an instructional designer with extensive experience in higher education and athletics. Currently employed at Texas Tech University Online since October 2022, Julio previously served as an instructional designer at The University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Tech University eLearning & Academic Partnerships, contributing to the improvement of online education through design best practices. In addition to instructional roles, Julio is a volunteer assistant women's basketball coach at Lubbock Christian University, where responsibilities include supporting athletic programs and promoting university events. Julio's coaching career includes notable achievements such as being named Great American Conference Coach of the Year while serving as head women's basketball coach at Southern Arkansas University. Julio holds a Master of Education in Secondary Education with a focus on Instructional Technology from Arkansas Tech University and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
