Abhinav Anand is an experienced professional in manufacturing and operations management with a strong background in plant management, production improvement, and engineering. Currently serving as Plant Manager and Operations Manager at Lube-Tech since November 2019, Abhinav focuses on capital expenditures, labor management, and enhancing product quality through the analysis of operational reports and the implementation of waste reduction strategies. Prior to Lube-Tech, Abhinav held the position of Production Team Lead at Rust-Oleum Corporation, where productivity and cost efficiency were key focus areas utilizing LEAN methodologies. Abhinav’s earlier career includes roles at Talwandi Sabo Power Limited as Associate Manager, responsible for design review and commissioning of a large turbine project, and as Operations Engineer at The Madras Aluminium Company Ltd, managing critical operations of power generation equipment. Abhinav holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Saint Thomas and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
