Masahiro Kimura

Masahiro Kimura has extensive experience in the chemical and lubrication industries, currently serving as the President and Representative Director of Lubrizol Japan since July 2016, overseeing growth initiatives in various sectors including lubricant additives and performance polymers. Prior to this role, Masahiro held key positions at Victrex as Executive Officer and Japan Automotive & Aerospace Sales Manager, focusing on high-performance polymers. Masahiro's career also includes a long tenure at ExxonMobil from 1990 to 2013, where responsibilities spanned from Automotive Lubricants Sales to managing global accounts and industrial fuels in Japan. Masahiro holds an MBA from Keio University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
