Earlier experience includes partnership at Villarreal Hutner PC, providing advisory and defense services on various employment law matters, and an associate role at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, focusing on labor and employment litigation. Ross obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Film and Media Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
