Emma Hathway has over 16 years of work experience in various roles within the technology and legal industries. Emma began their career at Eversheds as an Information Officer, conducting business and legal research to support lawyers and contributing to the development of customer support options. Emma then joined SydneyPLUS International as a Software Implementation & Training Specialist, delivering sales presentations and training materials for clients. Emma later became the Software Implementation & Training Manager at SydneyPLUS, overseeing project assignments and sales presentations. Currently, Emma is the Vice President of Client Services at Lucidea, where they manage a team across different locations and coordinates with other departments to ensure client solutions are delivered within schedule and budget. Emma also presents product enhancements and development updates to senior management.
Emma Hathway attended Loughborough University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Library and Information Science.
