Tom Moskal has extensive work experience in the customer service industry. Tom started their career at Teleperformance in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative and gradually worked their way up through various roles, including Supervisor, Assistant Contact Center Manager, and Contact Center Manager. In 2015, they became an Account Manager and later, in 2017, they were promoted to the position of Director of Client Services. Tom joined OP360 (OfficePartners360) in 2021 as the Sr. Director of Global Client Services and currently serves as the Vice President of Global Client Services.
Tom Moskal attended ITT Technical Institute-Getzville from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained an Associate of Occupational Studies degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
