Ina Voegele, MBA has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Ina began their career as a Junior Consultant at PECO PersonalentwicklungsCompetence in 2006. Ina then joined Lufthansa as an HR Consultant in 2007, where they worked until 2008. In the same year, they joined Lufthansa Flight Training - GmbH as a Consultant Advanced Human Factors Training and remained there until 2011. Ina continued their journey at Lufthansa as the Team Lead HR - Recruiting & Personalmarketing from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Austrian Airlines as the Director of Talent Management & Recruiting and stayed until 2017. Ina then moved on to Lufthansa Group, where they held various roles, including Senior Director HR Executive Transformation (HR BP) & Leadership Restructuring from 2021 to 2022, and Senior Director HR Mngmt Executives (HR BP) & Global Head Talent Management, Diagnostics from 2017 to 2021. Recently, they have taken on the position of Vice President Human Resources at Lufthansa Cargo starting in 2022.

Ina Voegele, MBA, pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Psychology at the University of Plymouth from 1998 to 2001. Following this, they completed a Master's degree in Psychology at Heidelberg University, spanning from 2001 to 2006. In 2019, Ina enrolled in Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, where they obtained an Executive MBA focused on Business Administration and General Management, concluding their studies in 2021. In 2022, they attended Nanyang Technological University Singapore's Nanyang Business School as part of an International Elective program, specializing in the Leadership of Innovation & Change.
