James LoBello has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Head of Security for Lufthansa Cargo in the Americas since 1997, overseeing a wide range of responsibilities including aviation security, government liaison, investigations, and compliance across North, Central, and South America. Previously, James worked as an International Project Manager focusing on contract management and negotiations, and served as a consultant for the International Air Transport Association (IATA) where evaluation of air cargo processes was key. Early career roles included positions at Evergreen EAGLE and Million Air, where operation coordination and ramp services were primary duties. James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from the University of North Dakota and has additional training in fire science and firefighting.
