Jim Barfield, an experienced corporate leader, retired as the Co-Founder and CEO of Luke & Associates. With a background in strategic business development and government consulting, Jim now supports non-profit organizations while enjoying their retirement. Jim has held various leadership positions throughout their career, including serving as a County Commissioner and President/CEO of Barfield & Associates, Inc. Jim holds a B.S. in Environmental Health from East Tennessee State University and an MPH in Public Health Policy and Management from the University of South Florida.
