Paul Simms is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security and risk management. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer and Global Director of Cyber Resilience at Lumanity, Paul also co-founded the Mental Health in Cyber Security Foundation and serves on its Executive Committee. Prior roles include Head of Information and Cyber Security at McArthurGlen Group and Cyber Risk & Compliance Manager at Bourne Leisure Ltd, where Paul focused on building digital trust and ensuring compliance. Paul’s foundational career involved positions at Carnival UK, Potters Leisure Ltd, and Satchwell Control Systems Ltd. Paul holds multiple certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control, reflecting a commitment to continuous professional development in information security and risk management.
