Carl Mason is currently the Vice President, Clinical at Lumen Bioscience. Prior to this role, Carl held the title of Senior Medical Director at Parexel from September 2014 to April 2021. With extensive experience in the medical field, Carl also served as the Chief of Department of Enteric Diseases at USAMD-AFRIMS and Chief of Infectious Diseases Research at United States Army Medical Research Unit - Kenya. Carl holds a Doctor of Medicine from Temple University - Lewis Katz School of Medicine and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Along with these degrees, Carl also has educational background in Computer Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University - College of Arts and Sciences.
