Jenna Lu is an accomplished optical specialist with extensive experience in the field of optics and optical engineering. Currently serving as an Optical Specialist at Luminator Technology Group since March 2014, Jenna leads optical efforts for aviation display and lighting products, successfully securing significant contracts with leading airplane manufacturers. In addition, Jenna has held the position of Design Engineer IV at Cree since May 2010, where innovative LED illumination products like the CR Series LED troffers were developed. Previous roles include Sr. Optical Engineer at RPC Photonics, where design work for LED-based free form optics was undertaken, and Sr. Product Design Engineer at 3M, focusing on optical modeling and design for LCD backlights. Jenna also contributed to research as a Research Associate at the University of Arizona, culminating in a PhD in Optics/Optical Sciences from the same institution.
