Arvin Lin has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Arvin is currently working as a Research Engineer at Lumirithmic since April 2022. Prior to this, from November 2020 to December 2021, they worked as a Computer Vision Engineer at Lixel Inc. Arvin has also worked as a Graduate Student at Imperial College London from September 2019 to November 2020. Before that, they held multiple roles as a Research Assistant at the NATIONAL HEALTH RESEARCH INSTITUTES, including at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering and Nanomedicine from July 2018 to March 2019, and as a Research Assistant from July 2017 to June 2018.
Arvin Lin has an extensive education history in the field of computer science. Arvin completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Graphics at Imperial College London from 2022 to 2026. Prior to their PhD, Arvin obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Computing from the same institution from 2019 to 2020.
Before attending Imperial College London, Arvin earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.
In addition to their formal education, Arvin has obtained several certifications. Arvin completed the Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera in October 2018. Prior to that, they also obtained certifications in Machine Learning and 有机化学学 (Organic Chemistry) from Coursera in July 2018 and February 2018, respectively.
