Prema Nagarajan

Prema Nagarajan is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in leadership and program management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of IT at Lumos since December 2024, Prema is focused on establishing foundational IT components such as Identity and Access Management and IT Service Management. Previously, Prema held the role of IT Development and Engineering Program Manager at Atlassian, overseeing the Zero Trust Program and IT systems migration post-acquisition. At Loom, Prema progressed through various IT leadership positions, including Director of Information Technology, where strategic initiatives were implemented to enhance core IT and business technology functions. Prema also has a history of driving Agile methodologies at LendingClub and ensuring project delivery at Ericsson.
